[The Pretenders]

Haha

-Good-
The whole cop/private detective thing was pretty funny. The ending punchline was unexpected and funny. Also Tostinos Pizza Rolls FTW. The music was pretty good and worked with the movie.

-Bad-
Well a lot of the time the movie was really dark, at some points too dark I thought. It was dragged out and boring at some points but still good. Another thing that bothered me was that you guys were wearing socks while shooting at each other... yeah that's it.

-Overall-
A nice little movie, I liked the ending.

[Resident Hall Evil]

Not bad

-Good-
Although I never played Resident Evil, you seemed to appear like in a video game. I liked how the main guy kept running up against the walls like in a video game. The beginning where he collected all the items was pretty cool.

-Bad-
It might have just been that I've never played the game but the whole thing did seem a big dragged out. Another thing could have been to add one of those time selection bars to the bottom to select the time. Also I wasn't really sure what had happened at the end that caused him to die, could you explain? some background music would have been nice but I understand it gets crazy with filesize when working with video.

-Overall-
A cool movie, i liked it.

[Generic Sprite Flash: 2]

Hah

-Good-
I liked the general idea here, it was kinda funny that instead of fighting the monsters Link tried to talk things out with them. The music was good here and well used. I liked that you kinda used sprites from Zelda 1, Link to the Past and some other third game. (What was the backgrounds with the castles from?)

-Bad-
Voice acting could have added to the experience. Other than that, pretty well done.

-Overall-

I never played Zelda so I just took random backgrounds from all over the internet. I didn't actually know I was crossing things, just took whatever I thought looked good. :P

Not bad, but short

-Good-
This was done pretty well and has an interesting topic. The backgrounds and graphics were very well done. I liked the music here and it fit with the flash.

-Bad-
The main flaw here was the shortness of this flash, it kinda ended very abruptly.

-Overall-
A pretty good movie, but needs to be longer.

Pretty Nice

-Good-
This was a pretty interesting piece here. The FbF work was pretty nicely done and interesting. The music was nice and synced nicely. This was a pretty interesting flash.

-Bad-
Overall it was well done but seemed that at some points the animation looked a little slow during the FbF. I'm not sure if it was my computer or what but I needed something to put here :P

Nice

-Good-
This was an interesting to animate. I thought you had some cool transitions at the beginning with the solar system and the ripple effect. The music was a nice fit for the flash. I thought Beethoven and his piano were drawn very well at the end.

-Bad-
Only thing I can think of is that the scrolling part may have been dragged out a little long, you could have possibly added some more interesting things during that part.

-Overall-
A good movie, nicely done.

This was a very well done flash. I doubt this is your first flash animation. The graphics and animation were nice and the song was enjoyable. Very well done here.

-Bad-
Well, I didn't really like the blur effect you added to the motion. I think it might have looked better without it. Second, it would of looked better if you drew you own lines when the girl was falling.

-Overall-
A good flash

Thanks for your review.
I did draw those lines when she was falling. I wanted to create some kind of blur effect to make it look like the ground was approaching. In attempt to achieve that illusion I drew the lines in Flash, imported it to Photoshop, converted it to bitmap, and then imported it back to Flash. In retrospect, I see it as a mistake and there are probably alternatives to creating the effect that I desired.

Also, yes, this was not the first flash animation I ever made. I did create a number of practice animations beforehand, but nothing as complete as this.

Pretty funny flash, I know what it's like to see your friends try and draw in flash for the first time, it can be pretty damn funny. The music was an excellent choice and fitted perfectly with the flash. I thought the menu was nice, I liked the collapsing letters. I also liked how you pointed out how bad they were.

-Bad-
The drawings were bad....

It was indeed funny seeing him draw his flash stuff.
His real drawings are even worse somehow.
But, I thought I'd better get him to do them in flash, just so it didn't look horribly out of place.

I'm not sure if the drawings being bad could be considered a bad thing, seeing as how they were mean't to be bad. Haha.

The graphics were well done here, and the voice acting was great as always. The addition of Bluehippo as himself was nice. I liked the part where Bahamut reads out the entire ban message, I didn't think anyone read that first paragraph :3

Also Bluehippo's laugh animation was epic.

-Bad-
It was a little short I guess, but it was short notice.

The voice acting, while not very clear, was decent and added to the flash. The graphics were passable but a lot were to simple.

-Bad-
Well, the graphics and animation were to simple and the characters barley moved. The voice acting was unclear and not loud enough.

-Overall-
A decent first flash but a little boring.
